Warranty Policy
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible new LiberLive musical devices purchased through authorized LiberLive sales channels. This limited warranty is subject to applicable local laws and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under those laws.
1. Warranty Period
Eligible LiberLive musical devices are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date the customer receives the product.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers performance defects that are not caused by customer actions, misuse, accident, unauthorized service, or other excluded causes.
During the warranty period, if LiberLive Support confirms that the issue is covered by this warranty, LiberLive will cover the repair cost and the shipping cost for returning the product for approved warranty service. The specific service arrangement must be confirmed with LiberLive Support.
