LiberLive ships orders from the warehouse or fulfillment route that best matches product inventory and the delivery destination. Shipping availability, shipping method, and final shipping fee are confirmed at checkout before payment.

1. Order Processing Time

  • United States mainland: Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. Estimated delivery time after shipment is usually 3-7 business days.
  • Other supported destinations: Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery time after shipment is usually 7-14 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your order has shipped. The email will include your tracking number when available.
  • Tracking information is usually updated within 48 hours after shipment.
  • If your tracking information has not been updated within 5 business days, please contact us at support_global@liberlive.com.

3. Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers may vary by warehouse, destination, and product availability. U.S. shipments may include USPS or FedEx, and international shipments may use regional or cross-border carriers selected for the destination.

5. Taxes, Duties & Import Handling

  • Any tax, duty, or import-related handling fee shown at checkout will be included in the checkout total before payment.
  • For destinations where local import charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges required by local authorities or carriers.
  • For selected European destinations, the checkout method may appear as Europe Priority Shipping & Import Handling.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

  • Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are complete and accurate before placing your order.
  • LiberLive is not responsible for missing parcels, damaged parcels, delays, or other losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

7. Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact LiberLive Support within 15 business days at support_global@liberlive.com.
  • Please keep the original packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for a carrier claim.
  • LiberLive is not responsible for damage, missing parcels, or delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in contacting the responsible carrier.

8. Middle East Shipping Delay Notice

Orders shipping to Middle Eastern countries may experience slight delays due to regional logistics constraints. We work with our carriers to minimize delays and appreciate your patience.
