Can LiberLive Guitar work without using the app?

The product can be used independently without the app. However, the app offers additional features such as custom chords, rhythm pattern switching, drum machine options, tempo and pitch adjustments. We highly recommend downloading and using the app for the best experience.

Is the App charged or not?

The LiberLive app is permanently free with no in-app purchases. Rest assured!

How to play songs are not supported in the app?

If you are using music outside of the app for playing, we recommend using chord charts with lyrics and numbers for strumming and chord charts in the key of C (with lyrics and chord letters, and in the key of C) for singing along.

How can I quickly or better find the right rhythm pattern for a song?

Attached is the full rhythm pattern chord list. You can freely adjust and choose different styles in the app according to your preferences.

Kindly try the below troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart the guitar device.
  2. Uninstall the app and download it again from the official website.
  3. Check if your phone has the latest software installed.
  4. If there are many nearby Bluetooth devices, interference may occur. Try changing your location to connect.
  5. Try connecting the guitar with other mobile devices nearby. If it still fails, please take a video to show us how to connect via Bluetooth on your side.
