The main materials used in the product are eco-friendly PC, ABS, silicone, and metal alloys. Additionally, the surface features a matte, no-spray finish.

The product is not water-resistant. Please avoid submersion and exposure to rain.

The current C1 graphite gray and ivory white, both of which use a non-sprayed matte process, are theoretically less likely to show paint loss or yellowing.The white model is a more yellowish ivory tone. If you are worried about it, you can consider buying the black model.

The LiberLive C1 is a revolutionary accompaniment guitar, completely different from traditional guitars. It allows users to create various styles of song accompaniments by simply selecting chords, eliminating the need for complex finger practice. Here are some key features compared to traditional guitars:

1. No Finger Practice Required: The LiberLive C1 uses touch-sensitive buttons to trigger chords, enabling you to start playing and singing right away without the pain and calluses associated with pressing strings.

2. Portable and Foldable: It can be quickly folded and placed into a backpack, making it worry-free from issues like bulkiness and fragility.

3. Built-in Automatic Drum Machine: Activating the drum machine allows you to play bass and drums simultaneously, creating a richer accompaniment than traditional guitars.

The AB strumming paddles can be used to preset two different rhythms. Our system recommends configuring the small strumming paddles for playing the main song section and the large strumming paddles for playing the chorus section. You can also preset the two strumming paddles according to your personal preferences through the app.

In the basic mode, the product is preset with seven chords arranged by scale degrees (such as C, Dm, Em, F, G, Am, Bm in the key of C, which will change accordingly when transposed). In custom mode, you can also individually set the 21 chord pads through the app. The neck features 21 frets arranged by scale. It currently supports custom chords for all 21 frets, including major and minor triads, major and minor sevenths, dominant sevenths, add9, and 12 root notes with 72 different chords. You can set these chords according to your song requirements.

The product’s sound quality has been calibrated by professional musicians and acoustics experts to ensure it delivers high-quality audio, whether through the built-in speakers or external devices. While we strive to achieve a sound quality comparable to professional instruments, individual perceptions of sound can vary, so we recommend experiencing the product in person to assess its audio quality.

This product uses samples from acoustic guitar and produces sound through speakers calibrated for instrument frequency response. Overall, the sound quality is much similar to an amplified acoustic guitar.

LiberLive C1 has built-in professional speakers (20W for mid-low frequencies and 5W for high frequencies) tuned to the unique frequency characteristics of the instrument, which are suitable for indoor performances in spaces of approximately 80 square meters. If you need to play outdoors, you can also perform at a louder volume by connecting an external sound card, mixer, or other audio device through the 3.5mm audio interface.

The product doesn't have a built-in recording feature, but you can use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect to a sound card for recording.

The product does not support external Bluetooth speakers or headphones. This is because Bluetooth connections have significant latency, which makes them unsuitable for playing music.Additionally, the product cannot connect to Bluetooth for playing music because the product built-in speaker is based on the musical instrument spectrum modulation of the special speakers, is not able to play ordinary music.

The product can be used independently without the App.However, the App offers additional features such as custom chords, rhythm pattern switching, drum machine options, tempo and pitch adjustments. We highly recommend downloading and using the App for the best experience.

There are thousands of built-in songs in the LiberLive App, and these sample music are intended to be used as an entry level guide, but as you become skilled, you will be able to find the chords you want to play for more songs without the need to use the App music library. Besides, the App music library will be updated periodically and continuously.

If you are using music outside of the App for playing,we recommend using chord charts with lyrics and numbers for strumming and chord charts in the key of C (with lyrics and chord letters, and in the key of C) for singing along.

You need to download LiberLive App first, need to grant the App permission to use Bluetooth and location services,turn on the guitar andopen the LiberLive App, tap the “Unconnected Devices” icon in the top left corner,select the device with a name starting with “LiberLive” to connect.

Note: Our guitar can only connect to the Liberlive App and cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Currently, the C1 has three built-in carefully modulated sound sources for acoustic guitar, piano and bass. You can download the LiberLive App to set the rhythm type. More than 80 chord rhythm patterns can be selected and set up through the App. Among them, there are 51 kinds of acoustic guitar, 19 kinds of piano and 11 kinds of bass rhythm patterns.

However, customizing rhythm types is not supported at the moment.You can use the preset available rhythm patterns in our App.

Yes, with LiberLive C1, you can play common rhythms, such as cha cha, rumba, tango, blues etc. For more new rhythms, you can create and upload your own chord sheet and customize chords on the LiberLive App.

Currently, rhythm patterns do not support editing by yourself. You can choose the rhythm patterns we currently have.C1 is unable to implement this feature. However, it is included in the planning for the second-generation product, which will support it.

We are always working to improve LiberLive by adding new features and making it more convenient to connect and operate. The language switch feature is in the design phase and is planned to be implemented in version V1.0.1.

You can set the tempo for your songs by either tapping the beat pad continuously to adjust the speed or by using the App to adjust the beat speed. You can check the App video tutorial for details after receiving the goods.

After connecting the guitar to the App, follow these steps to change the device name:

1. Open the App
2. Access Device Settings: Tap the icon in the top left corner that shows “C1 Bluetooth Battery Volume” status.
3. Edit Device Name: Click on the small white square above the “Drum Machine Volume” to edit and change the device name.

Drum machine and auto BASS volume can be adjusted separately through App, after the guitar is connected to the App, open the App - click on the “C1 Bluetooth Volume” logo button in the upper left corner - click on the “small white square above the drum machine volume” to set the volume of the drum machine and auto BASS separately.

The LiberLive C1 is a revolutionary music accompaniment product that allows you to easily start singing by simply select chords. When playing, press the chord pad and then the strumming paddle. LiberLive uses an innovative chord synthesis method for playing and singing, even if you don't have any knowledge of music theory, you can get started quickly with the interactive smart music provided in the APP,without the need for long term fingering practice.there are also instructions from beginner to advanced and song demonstration instruction in the APP,which is completely different from a traditional guitar. So you don’t necessarily need a background in guitar playing to use this product effectively.

This product is primarily designed for strumming chords to accompany singing, It features a single note pad for playing individual notes within chords so it is not intended for fingerstyle solo performances, melodies, or playing scales. Therefore, it cannot play complex song intros or techniques like slides or fingerpicking.

The LiberLive C1 features a built-in drum machine that offers over 20 different styles. You can configure these styles through the app. The drum machine includes a pre-beat feature, and its speed is set to match the chord speed by default.

LiberLive C1 offers 80 chord variations, including the 7 basic chords and 12 root notes with 6 attributes. This covers the majority of songs for playing and singing. After receiving the product, you can refer to the instructional videos for guidance.

The product can only be played against chord sheet, and cannot be played against non-chord sheet music such as pentatonic and hexatonic. In addition, the product is mainly used for accompaniment, the instrumental solo part of the song can not be realized.

Short press the power button, and a white light will turn on. If all lights are on, it indicates a full charge. You can also check the battery level by connecting to the app.

Press the beat pad and the strumming paddle to activate the drum machine , press and hold the mute pads to turn off the drum machine, or press the power button to pause the drum machine. LiberLive C1 comes with its own drum machine, which can be configured in more than 20 different styles through the app, the drum machine comes with its own ready beat, and the drum machine tempo defaults to the chord tempo. Activating the drum machine will have a two-beat count-in, suggesting one less chord to play.

Designed to meet your diverse instrument-playing needs, LiberLive C1 offers different sound choices like piano and bass. With the app providing nearly a hundred rhythm patterns, covering virtually all styles, you can effortlessly perform songs in various genres.

Auto drum machine activation results in an automatic bass that follows the chord bass. Pressing and holding the chord pads while the drum machine is active produces a bass effect.

LiberLive C1 is an electronic instrument, no tuning is needed, it supports 12 key changes, you can make CDEFGAB 7 key changes on the transpose knob, or you can realize more 12 semitone key changes in the APP.

Note: The number of chord steps remain the same after the key change, while the actual chords will change with the key, the product will display the chords in the key of C by default

You need to press the top chord pads and then press the fingerpicking pad, in addition, our silicone pads are designed to be pressed, so you need to use a little bit of force when pressing

Note: It is difficult to recognize the chord pads by pressing them to the seams.

The frequency for the C1 sound source is set at 440 Hz and cannot be changed. The sound sources are preset, currently adjustments are not supported.

If you have no basic knowledge, you can directly choose the recommended configuration, the songs in the music library are configured by professional technicians to correspond to the rhythmic pattern and rhythmic tempo.

Sure, you can download the overseas version of the LiberLive app.

Currently, the LiberLive C1 can't play the song accompaniment directly. The music library as well as the recommended rhythms and drum machine in our app are all configured according to the original song. When you play along with these settings, it will sound similar to the original accompaniment, but in fact it is not the original song accompaniment.

Be sure to turn it off and recharge it every 6 months.

Please avoid sunlight exposure and liquid contact with the guitar. Avoid placing the Liberlive C1 in humid or extremely hot/cold environments.

Daily care can use soft, dry cloth to wipe.

Note: When cleaning, please be careful to avoid water ingress into the body of the device.

1. Restart the guitar device.

2. Uninstall the app and download it again from the official website.

3. Check if your phone has the latest software updates installed.

4. If there are many nearby Bluetooth devices, interference may occur. Try changing your location to connect.

5. Try connecting the guitar with other mobile devices nearby.

The guitar fingerpicking pad is designed as a set of silicone buttons that simulate the six strings of a guitar. While we have maximized the sensitivity of these six buttons, there may be some variability in sensitivity due to differences in silicone hardness and size tolerances.

We suggest that when you use the fingerpicking function, please do not use the “touch” method of operation, need to have a certain degree of pressure.

During use or charging , the heat is a normal phenomenon , because the product structure is more compact, the power exchange will also produce greater heat, all electronic devices will appear slight heat; if the heat is abnormal, please stop using and timely feedback to customer service for further support.

Noise is normal, this is to simulate the sound of a traditional guitarist touching the strings and sliding them.

The metallic sound produced by the LiberLive C1 guitar is based on our technique of sampling acoustic guitars at different strengths to produce a guitar noise.

This makes the acoustic guitar sound more natural and normally does not affect the playing effect. When we play acoustic guitars with a high level of intensity, we also produce noise, this high amplitude sound will make the dynamics of the performance more natural, it is recommended that you can reduce the intensity of the strumming paddle to reduce this type of noise sound.

Since the product is a performance instrument, we strictly control the latency to be within 15ms, so you won’t notice any delay during use.

Be sure to turn it off and recharge it every 6 months.

The guide stickers are meant to serve as initial reference markers, so they don't have strong adhesive. If you have trouble remembering the positions, you can rely on the LED indicators for playing.

We suggest you first try connecting headphones to the guitar to check if there is sound.

If sound is present with headphones, the issue may be with the audio cable or external device settings, or it could be a compatibility problem with the connectors. You can send us a photo of the audio cable connection and the interface on your sound card for further assistance.

Alternatively, you can try using a different audio cable if you have one. Compatible cables include: a 3.5mm to 6.5mm three-segment cable, a 6.5mm to 6.5mm cable, or a 3.5mm to 3.5mm three-segment cable. Other types of cables may not work.
