There is no distinction between left-handed and right-handed versions of the C1 model. Whether you're left- or right-handed, the playing posture remains the same: the right hand is used for strumming or picking, while the left hand presses the chord buttons on the fretboard. Since the Liberlive C1 doesn’t require complex finger placements like traditional guitars, it’s very easy for left-handed players to adapt.

Sure. Just press the chord pad, and then you can start singing. LiberLive C1 is designed for music lovers of all backgrounds. Whether you're a seasoned musician or someone who's never received formal training, even with finger difficulties. LiberLive's vision is to empower everyone to express themselves through music more freely and conveniently. LiberLive uses an innovative chord synthesis method for playing and singing, even if you don't have any knowledge of music theory, you can get started quickly with the interactive smart music provided in the APP, without the need for long-term fingering practice. There are also instructions from beginner to advanced and song demonstration instructions in the APP, which is completely different from a traditional guitar. So you don’t necessarily need a background in guitar playing to use this product effectively.

The product can be used independently without the app. However, the app offers additional features such as custom chords, rhythm pattern switching, drum machine options, tempo and pitch adjustments. We highly recommend downloading and using the app for the best experience.

If you are using music outside of the app for playing, we recommend using chord charts with lyrics and numbers for strumming and chord charts in the key of C (with lyrics and chord letters, and in the key of C) for singing along.

The AB strumming paddles can be used to preset two different rhythms. Our system recommends configuring the small strumming paddles for playing the main song section and the large strumming paddles for playing the chorus section. You can also preset the two strumming paddles according to your personal preferences through the App.

You need to download the LiberLive App first, grant the App permission to use Bluetooth and location services, turn on the guitar, open the LiberLive App, tap the “Unconnected Devices” icon in the top left corner, and select the device with a name starting with “LiberLive” to connect. (Note: Our guitar can only connect to the LiberLive App and cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.)

If you have any songs (in any language) or singers you'd like to add, you can submit feedback directly within the app. After receiving feedback, the music team will evaluate the song and update it in the music library that is suitable for our product. To submit feedback, go to Settings > Feedback > Lack of Songs> Submit. Please make sure your app is up to date with the latest version. Additionally, if you have the lyrics and chords of the songs you’d like to play, you can upload them directly in the LiberLive App. The App also allows you to create your own songs for a truly personalized experience. Yes, it is recommended to use a 3.5mm to 6.35mm stereo audio cable (1-to-1) for the connection. Please note not to use differential audio cables. The product features a 3.5mm mono audio output port. You can use it for external headphones, speakers, and other devices. For the need to computer recording, or live streaming, you can connect the sound card to use.

The Liberlive C1 allows you to play both pre-programmed songs and your own music. There are thousands of built-in songs in the LiberLive APP, and these sample music are intended to be used as an entry-level guide, but as you become skilled, you will be able to find the chords you want to play for more songs without the need to use the APP music library.

The C1 has three built-in carefully modulated sound sources for acoustic guitar, piano, and bass. More than 80 chord rhythm patterns can be selected and set up through the APP.

Among them, there are 51 kinds of acoustic guitar, 19 kinds of piano, and 11 kinds of bass rhythm patterns.

To ensure the quality of the sound source, C1 is not loaded with electric guitar, classical guitar, strings, and overdrive distortion tones.

The custom rhythm feature will be implemented in a future update. Please stay tuned for upcoming updates.

Yes. You can use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect to a sound card to realize that.

Attached is the full rhythm pattern chord list. You can freely adjust and choose different styles in the app according to your preferences.

Rhythm Pattern Chord

In the basic mode, the product is preset with seven chords arranged by scale degrees (such as C, Dm, Em, F, G, Am, and Bm in the key of C, which will change accordingly when transposed).

In custom mode, you can also individually set the 21-chord pads through the App.

The neck features 21 frets arranged by scale. It currently supports custom chords for all 21 frets, including major and minor triads, major and minor sevenths, dominant sevenths, add9, and 12 root notes with 72 different chords. You can set these chords according to your song requirements.

LiberLive C1 is an electronic instrument, no tuning is needed, it supports 12 key changes, you can make CDEFGAB 7 key changes on the transpose knob, or you can realize more 12 semitone key changes in the App. (Note that the number of chord steps remains the same after the key change, while the actual chords will change with the key, the product will display the chords in the key of C by default.)

We offer a 1-year warranty for purchases on the LiberLive official website (Excluding accessories). The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

We process returns based on the date you received the item and the date you initiated the return request.

Your order refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method after we receive the returned product.

Regarding the strumming paddle returning to the start position slowly. This could be related to the temperature of your environment. The paddles contain damping oil, which can thicken in cold temperatures, affecting their responsiveness. Due to the characteristics of damping oil, it tends to solidify at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius, which can cause the pick to rebound more slowly. For this reason, we do not recommend using the C1 in environments where the temperature is below freezing.

Please provide the email address used to register your account. Our technical team will enable the firmware upgrade option, please restart the app, and you’ll be able to follow the instructions within the app to complete the update. When upgrading, stay within 5 meters of the Wi-Fi, ideally being right next to it for the best connection.

Please avoid the following issues that may cause the upgrade to fail:

1. First, determine whether the network contains Chinese characters, does not support Chinese characters, and special characters.
2. Can not use 5G network upgrade.
3. Try to get closer to the router. More than 1M is easy to fail.
4. Cell phone hotspots may have compatibility problems, and can not be upgraded.

We would suggest you try troubleshooting below to see if this would be helpful:

1. First, check if Bluetooth is enabled on your phone (Android devices should be able to detect LiberLive Bluetooth).
2. Next, check if the app has Bluetooth permissions enabled.
3. Make sure no other phones are connected to LiberLive. The device indicator light should be blue; if it is blue, it means it is already connected, and you will need to disconnect the device first.

If you are unable to connect, please check if you are trying to connect through the Bluetooth settings on your device. If so, that method is not supported; you need to connect to Bluetooth through the app instead. If it still fails, please take a video to show us how to operate it on your side.

Kindly try the below troubleshooting steps:

1. Restart the guitar device.
2. Uninstall the app and download it again from the official website.
3. Check if your phone has the latest software installed.
4. If there are many nearby Bluetooth devices, interference may occur. Try changing your location to connect.
5. Try connecting the guitar with other mobile devices nearby. If it still fails, please take a video to show us how to connect via Bluetooth on your side.

1. The guitar fingerpicking pad is designed as a set of silicone buttons that simulate the six strings of a guitar. While we have maximized the sensitivity of these six buttons, there may be some variability in sensitivity due to differences in silicone hardness and size tolerances. We suggest that when you use the fingerpicking function, please do not use the “touch” method of operation, but need to have a certain degree of pressure.
2. You need to press the top chord pads and then press the fingerpicking pad, in addition, our silicone pads are designed to be pressed, so you need to use a little bit of force when pressing (Note: It is difficult to recognize the chord pads by pressing them to the seams.)

The guide stickers are meant to serve as initial reference markers, so they don't have strong adhesive. If you have trouble remembering the positions, you can rely on the LED indicators for playing.

Please check if you have any filters set for "spam" or junk mail. Also, pay attention to case sensitivity when entering the email address. You can also share the email address you registered with us to double-check.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check the Battery: Ensure that your LiberLive C1 has sufficient battery power. A low battery can sometimes cause the device to not turn on.
2. Restart the Device: Try restarting your LiberLive C1. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity or power issues.
3. Check the Power Button: Make sure you are pressing the power button correctly. It might require a firm press or a specific duration to turn on.
4. Provide a Video: If the above steps do not work, it would be very helpful if you could provide a short video of the issue. This will allow us to better understand the problem and provide more targeted assistance.
