Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to eligible orders placed on the LiberLive Official Website. All return, refund, exchange, replacement, and cancellation requests are subject to review by LiberLive Support.
1. Order Cancellation
You may contact LiberLive Support at support_global@liberlive.com to request order cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order.
Cancellation eligibility is determined based on the time when LiberLive Support processes the request. If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation as an unshipped order.
If an order is refused or returned while in transit for personal reasons or other non-quality-related reasons, shipping costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Eligibility
All LiberLive Official Website orders may submit a return request. Return requests are manually reviewed by LiberLive Support based on the order, product condition, delivery status, return reason, and applicable law.
Please contact LiberLive Support before sending anything back. Do not ship any product to a return address without prior authorization.
3. 15-Day No-Reason Return
You may request a no-reason return within 15 calendar days after receiving the product.
To qualify for a no-reason return, the product must keep its original quality and function. The product, packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, and trademarks must be complete, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
Unless otherwise required by local law, the customer is responsible for the return cost for no-reason returns.
4. 30-Day Manufacturing Defects
If the product has a non-human-caused performance defect within 30 calendar days after you receive it, LiberLive will cover the return shipping cost after the issue is confirmed by LiberLive Support.
Quality-related issues may include damage on arrival, failure to power on, core function failure, shipping damage, missing items or components, or receiving the wrong item.
To review a quality-related issue, LiberLive Support may require your order number, photos or videos of the issue, packaging photos, and the product SN/serial number.
Human-caused damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repair, and unauthorized modification are not treated as manufacturing defects.
5. Other Return or Exchange Cases
Other return or exchange requests may be accepted when required by applicable law, agreed with the customer, approved by LiberLive, or otherwise stated in this policy.
6. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products that are outside the applicable return period.
- LiberLive products purchased from other retailers. These must be returned according to the retailer's own return and refund policy.
- Products, packaging, or accessories that are incomplete, or products with irreversible damage caused by human factors.
- Products that have been repaired or modified without authorization.
- Products whose required certification marks, labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeit marks, or packaging have been damaged, removed, changed, or made unidentifiable.
7. Return Fees and Shipping Responsibility
For non-quality-related returns, return fees vary by region and include return shipping and related handling costs.

For confirmed quality-related issues, LiberLive will cover the return shipping cost.
If the original packaging or all required accessories are missing, LiberLive may deduct part of the refund. The final deduction amount will be assessed by LiberLive.
8. How to Start a Return
- Contact LiberLive Support at support_global@liberlive.com before shipping anything back.
- Include your order number and proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email.
- Explain the reason for the return. For quality-related issues, include photos or videos, packaging photos, and the product SN/serial number.
- Wait for LiberLive Support to review your request and provide RMA/return instructions.
Please do not ship products to any return address without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
9. Return Address
Return addresses are provided by LiberLive Support after your return request is authorized. The correct return address may vary by order, product, region, and support case.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned while in transit, the order may still be eligible for refund after review.
If the refusal or return is caused by personal preference or other non-quality-related reasons, shipping costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund. We recommend receiving the package first and then contacting LiberLive Support to start a return request.
11. Exchange, Replacement & Warranty Support
Eligible requests may be reviewed for refund, exchange, or replacement depending on the reason for the request and product condition.
For confirmed quality-related issues within 15 calendar days after receipt, a full refund may be available. During the warranty period, confirmed quality-related issues may qualify for one-time free replacement. Further support may require the customer to pay part of the shipping cost.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
LiberLive will process an approved refund within 1-2 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be notified by email after the refund has been processed.
