Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on the LiberLive Official Website.
  • Return
  1. The return service is currently available only for US orders.
  2. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
  3. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  4. For quality issues, a full refund or one-time free replacement is available within 15 days of receiving the items.
  5. If your order has been shipped and you want to return it, please first collect the package. Then, contact our LiberLive Support at support_global@liberlive.com to obtain return instructions.
  6. For US orders, if returned, you will be responsible for shipping costs. *Please note that return shipping costs include shipping fees and handling charges.

  2. Instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us will be provided. Please ensure all components are included in the package.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via support_global@liberlive.com.
